At NuPhy®Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboards and accessories; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at service@nuphy.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box including all cables, keycaps, and accessories that were part of the initial shipment.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated return center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
